Who still has access to your business?

Former contractors. Forgotten apps. Files shared with the world. Run a 10-minute read-only scan of your Google Workspace and get a plain-English report of your access risks — and exactly what to fix first.

One report. No subscription. No agent to install.

Read-only

We can't change or delete anything. The scan uses Google's read-only admin APIs — nothing more.

A report anyone can read

Written for the business owner, not the IT department. Your accountant could read it — no security jargon.

EU-hosted, metadata only

We store metadata and counts — never file contents, file names or file identifiers. Delete your data any time with one click — a real, hard delete.

How it works

1

Connect

Your Google admin clicks one consent screen. No agent, no install, no DNS changes.

2

Scan

About 10 minutes, fully read-only: accounts, sign-ins, 2-step status, third-party apps, sharing stats.

3

Fix

A scored report with the top 5 things to fix this week — exact clicks, in plain English.

One report. One price.

Questions owners actually ask

Is this safe? What exactly can you access?

The scan uses three read-only Google Admin scopes: the user directory (sign-in times, 2-step verification status, admin roles), the list of third-party apps your team has granted access to, and the Drive audit log, from which we take a count of the events that extended access outside your organisation. We cannot read, change or delete emails, files or settings — Google enforces this at the API level.

What do you store?

Account metadata (name, email, sign-in time, security flags), the names and permission levels of third-party apps, and aggregate sharing counts. Delete my data permanently removes the Workspace connection and every scan snapshot, finding and app grant. Your login, organisation, checkout and payment records remain so you can sign back in, in-flight payments stay coherent, and we can keep account and tax records.

Do you see our files or emails?

We request no Drive or Gmail access at all, so your documents and messages are never sent to us. The external-sharing section is built from Drive audit events, and an audit record can carry the name and identifier of the document an event refers to — we process those responses in memory to count the events, and never store, log, return or show any file name, file identifier or file content.

What does it cost?

One report, one price: €149 for up to 50 users, €299 up to 200 users (larger organisations get a quote). No subscription, nothing to install, and you see your score for free before paying.
